Hey, why don't you have a phone number? Great question! We are an small, independent company. Handling customer service via email allows us to keep track of every step of every interaction. If we were to give out a phone number, chances are good that we would be away from a computer during a call, and would be WAY more likely to lose track of an order (and nobody wants that).
As we grow as a brand, we hope to remedy this in the future. We know it's occasionally frustrating, and we deeply appreciate your understanding.
